{"id":1464,"date":"2022-05-06T08:02:30","date_gmt":"2022-05-06T14:02:30","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/olivereats.ca\/?p=1464"},"modified":"2022-05-06T08:02:59","modified_gmt":"2022-05-06T14:02:59","slug":"mediterranean-salad-with-tahinni-dressing","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/olivereats.ca\/index.php\/2022\/05\/06\/mediterranean-salad-with-tahinni-dressing\/","title":{"rendered":"Mediterranean Salad with Tahinni Dressing"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Something a little different with the mango addition!<\/p>\n<div class=\"shortcode-ingredients\"><h3>Ingredients<\/h3><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>SALAD (adjust quantities as needed &#8211; these measurements serve 8)<\/li>\n<li>1 english cucumber chopped into small pieces (1\/4&#8243;)<\/li>\n<li>2 containers of grape tomatoes (1 red, 1 variegated is great), chopped in 1\/2<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 c &#8211; 3\/4 c chopped red onion<\/li>\n<li>1 c chopped fresh parsley<\/li>\n<li>1 c+ frozen mango chunks, chopped into 1\/2&#8243; pieces<\/li>\n<li>1 can chick peas, drained and rinsed (can substitute 1 c cooked lentils)<\/li>\n<li>DRESSING<\/li>\n<li>2 tbsp olive oil<\/li>\n<li>1 tbsp water<\/li>\n<li>3 tbsp tahinni (ground sesame seeds&#8230;.jar found in organic section)<\/li>\n<li>2 cloves of garlic, minced<\/li>\n<li>2 tbsp lemon juice<\/li>\n<li>2 tbsp rice vinegar<\/li>\n<li>1 tsp liquid honey<\/li>\n<li>salt \/ pepper to taste<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/div>\n\n<div class=\"shortcode-directions instructions\"><h3>Directions<\/h3><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Chop the mango while is is mostly frozen<\/li>\n<li>Put the dressing on the salad a couple of hours before serving<\/li>\n<li>Keep salad chilled.<\/li>\n<li>Enjoy!<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/div>\n\n<p>Thanks to FaceBook<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Something a little different with the mango addition!
