{"id":152,"date":"2016-09-24T20:37:08","date_gmt":"2016-09-25T02:37:08","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/olivereats.ca\/?p=152"},"modified":"2016-09-24T21:06:38","modified_gmt":"2016-09-25T03:06:38","slug":"date-loaf","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/olivereats.ca\/index.php\/2016\/09\/24\/date-loaf\/","title":{"rendered":"Date Loaf"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>(1 hour, 325F)<\/p>\n<div class=\"shortcode-ingredients\"><h3>Ingredients<\/h3><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">1 cup chopped dates<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">3\/4 cup boiling water<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">3\/4 cup brown sugar<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">2 tbsp melted butter<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">1 3\/4 cup flour<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">2 eggs<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">1 tsp vanilla<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">1 tsp baking soda<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">1 tsp salt<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">1\/2 cup walnuts<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/div>\n\n<div class=\"shortcode-directions instructions\"><h3>Directions<\/h3>\n<ol class=\"instructions\">\n<li class=\"instruction\">Preheat Oven to 325F<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Soak dates in boiling water and allow to cool.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Beat eggs well, add sugar, butter, and vanilla.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">In a separate bowl, blend together flour, salt and baking soda.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Add to egg mixture with dates.
