{"id":1589,"date":"2024-01-27T14:55:56","date_gmt":"2024-01-27T21:55:56","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/olivereats.ca\/?p=1589"},"modified":"2024-01-27T14:55:58","modified_gmt":"2024-01-27T21:55:58","slug":"tabbouleh-salad","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/olivereats.ca\/index.php\/2024\/01\/27\/tabbouleh-salad\/","title":{"rendered":"Tabbouleh Salad"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>A traditional Lebanese recipe!<\/p>\n<div class=\"shortcode-ingredients\"><h3>Ingredients<\/h3><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>2\/3 cup extra virgin olive oil<\/li>\n<li>6 tablespoons lemon juice<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 cup fine bulgar<\/li>\n<li>6 bunches fresh parsley, finely chopped<\/li>\n<li>4 firm tomatoes, finely chopped<\/li>\n<li>4 green onions, chopped<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 cup fresh mint leave, chopped (optional)<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 teaspoon salt and pepper<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/div>\n\n<div class=\"shortcode-directions instructions\"><h3>Directions<\/h3><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Whisk the olive oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper in a large bowl until well combined. Stir in the bulgar and let the grains soak up the dressing until they are soft and plump &#8211; about 2-3 hours<\/li>\n<li>Add chopped parsley, tomatoes, green onions, and mint to the bowl, but don&#8217;t mix yet.
