{"id":1645,"date":"2024-06-17T18:33:41","date_gmt":"2024-06-18T00:33:41","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/olivereats.ca\/?p=1645"},"modified":"2024-09-07T09:45:54","modified_gmt":"2024-09-07T15:45:54","slug":"chicken-tetrazzini","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/olivereats.ca\/index.php\/2024\/06\/17\/chicken-tetrazzini\/","title":{"rendered":"Chicken Tetrazzini"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"shortcode-ingredients\"><h3>Ingredients<\/h3><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1\/2 cup onion, chopped<\/li>\n<li>1 can cream of mushroom, or cream of chicken, or cheddar cheese soup<\/li>\n<li>2\/3 cup light cream or milk<\/li>\n<li>1\/3 cup or more of grated cheddar cheese<\/li>\n<li>2 chicken breasts, cooked and shredded (can sub turkey or tuna)<\/li>\n<li>1 tbsp minced parsley<\/li>\n<li>6oz broad noodles, cooked and drained<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/div>\n\n<div class=\"shortcode-directions instructions\"><h3>Directions<\/h3><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Heat oven to 375F<\/li>\n<li>In a large saucepan, fry the onion in a small amount of oil until tender.<\/li>\n<li>Add soup, milk, and cheese and stir until melted together.<\/li>\n<li>Add the cooked and shredded chicken and mix until the chicken is fully coated with the sauce.<\/li>\n<li>Pour into a greased casserole dish and sprinkle with additional cheese. Bake for 30 minutes.
