They are great for snacking on game day too.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.kleinworthco.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/01\/Air-Fried-Brussels-Sprouts-side-dish.jpg\" alt=\"Air Fryer Brussels Sprouts side dish\" \/><\/p>\n<h3>For the Honey Sriracha Sauce<\/h3>\n<div class=\"shortcode-ingredients\"><h3>Ingredients<\/h3><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00bd teaspoon olive oil<\/li>\n<li>1 teaspoon garlic minced<\/li>\n<li>1 tablespoon raw honey<\/li>\n<li>2 teaspoons granulated sugar<\/li>\n<li>1 tablespoon lemon juice<\/li>\n<li>1 tablespoon rice vinegar<\/li>\n<li>1 tablespoon Sriracha sauce<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/div>\n\n<h3>For the Brussels sprouts<\/h3>\n<div class=\"shortcode-ingredients\"><h3>Ingredients<\/h3><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00bd pounds brussels sprouts<\/li>\n<li>3 teaspoons olive oil<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd teaspoon table salt<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/div>\n\n<div class=\"shortcode-directions instructions\"><h3>Directions<\/h3><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Combine oil, garlic,\u00a0<a class=\"wpil_keyword_link\" title=\"honey\" href=\"https:\/\/www.kleinworthco.com\/smoked-honey\/\" data-wpil-keyword-link=\"linked\">honey<\/a>, sugar, lemon juice, rice vinegar, and Sriracha sauce a small saucepan and heat over low 2-3 minutes or until slightly thickened.<\/li>\n<li>Remove from heat, cover &amp; set aside.<\/li>\n<li>To make the Brussels sprouts.<\/li>\n<li>Cut the stems off the brussels sprouts and then cut each in half vertically.<\/li>\n<li>Remove any tough leaves before rinsing and shaking dry.<\/li>\n<li>Place in a zip-top bag or small bowl.<\/li>\n<li>Add olive oil and salt and toss to coat.<\/li>\n<li>Preheat air fryer to 390 degrees for 5 minutes.<\/li>\n<li>Add coated brussels sprouts to the basket and cook at 390 degrees for 15 minutes.<\/li>\n<li>Halfway through, remove the basket and shake to toss the sprouts.<\/li>\n<li>The sprouts are done when the leaves are crispy and the centers are tender.<\/li>\n<li>Transfer sprouts to a medium serving bowl &amp; drizzle sauce over the top.
