High protein.\u00a0 Travels well.<\/p>\n<div class=\"shortcode-ingredients\"><h3>Ingredients<\/h3><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>3\/4 c smooth peanut butter<\/li>\n<li>1\/4 &#8211; 1\/3 c honey<\/li>\n<li>1 tsp vanilla<\/li>\n<li>pinch of salt<\/li>\n<li>3 c rolled oates<\/li>\n<li>OPTIONAL ADD INS:<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 pkg chocolate chips<\/li>\n<li>1\/4 c raisins<\/li>\n<li>1\/4 c pumpkin seeds or nuts of your choice<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/div>\n\n<div class=\"shortcode-directions instructions\"><h3>Directions<\/h3><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Put the peanut butter in a large bowl and microwave for 10-15 seconds so that the peanut butter gets a little bit runny.<\/li>\n<li>Mix in the honey and chocolate chips if you are using them until mixture is well combined<\/li>\n<li>Add in the rest of the ingredients and mix well<\/li>\n<li>Pour into a parchment paper lined 8&#215;8 pan<\/li>\n<li>Put in the fridge for an hour to firm up.\u00a0 Cut into sizes of your choosing.<\/li>\n<li>Enjoy<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/div>\n\n<p>Thanks to <a href=\"https:\/\/mywebsitehere.com\">https:\/\/mywebsitehere.com<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Great snack!
