Great way to use up veggies.<\/p>\n<div class=\"shortcode-ingredients\"><h3>Ingredients<\/h3><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Chicken, breasts or thighs&#8230;your choice<\/li>\n<li>6 cloves of garlic, minced<\/li>\n<li>Onion powder, Spicy Pepper Medley, Salt, Pepper<\/li>\n<li>Balsamic glaze ( not balsamic vinegar)<\/li>\n<li>Olive oil<\/li>\n<li>Veggies of your choice&#8230;such as cauliflower, bell pepper, mushrooms, brocoli, thinly sliced potatoes, cabbage, shallots, leeks, onion<\/li>\n<li>Seasonings of your choice&#8230;such as parsley, italian seasoning, salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/div>\n\n<div class=\"shortcode-directions instructions\"><h3>Directions<\/h3><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Heat oven to 450F<\/li>\n<li>Line a sheet pan with parchment paper<\/li>\n<li>If using chicken breasts, slice them into 1&#8243; strips.\u00a0 If using thighs, remove any excess skin or fat.\u00a0 Put the chicken in a bowl and add garlic and salt \/ pepper and enough balsamic glaze to coat chicken.\u00a0 Drizzle olive oil and mix well.\u00a0 Set aside.<\/li>\n<li>Chop the veggies into bite size pieces and put into a bowl.\u00a0 Add seasonings.\u00a0 Drizzle olive oil and mix well.<\/li>\n<li>Put chicken at one end of the pan and spread into one layer.
