{"id":190,"date":"2016-10-02T18:02:35","date_gmt":"2016-10-03T00:02:35","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/olivereats.ca\/?p=190"},"modified":"2016-10-02T18:03:06","modified_gmt":"2016-10-03T00:03:06","slug":"scones","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/olivereats.ca\/index.php\/2016\/10\/02\/scones\/","title":{"rendered":"Scones"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>(15 to 20 minutes at 400F)<\/p>\n<div class=\"shortcode-ingredients\"><h3>Ingredients<\/h3><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">2 cup flour<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">1 tsp baking soda<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">2 tsp baking powder (well rounded)<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">1\/2 tsp salt<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">5 heaping tsp sugar<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">1\/4 cup soft butter<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">1 cup sour cream<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/div>\n\n<div class=\"shortcode-directions instructions\"><h3>Directions<\/h3>\n<ol class=\"instructions\">\n<li class=\"instruction\">Preheat Oven to 400F<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Combine dry ingredients. Cut in butter until crumbly.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Stir in sour cream until all the ingredients are just moistened. Knead a few minutes until smooth.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Divide in 1\/2 and work into 2 rounds.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Place on greased pie plate.
