{"id":330,"date":"2016-11-08T15:48:14","date_gmt":"2016-11-08T22:48:14","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/olivereats.ca\/?p=330"},"modified":"2016-11-08T15:48:14","modified_gmt":"2016-11-08T22:48:14","slug":"beef-and-greens-over-steamed-noodles","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/olivereats.ca\/index.php\/2016\/11\/08\/beef-and-greens-over-steamed-noodles\/","title":{"rendered":"Beef and Greens over Steamed Noodles"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>This one is steamy!<\/p>\n<div class=\"shortcode-ingredients\"><h3>Ingredients<\/h3><\/p>\n<p>Noodles:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">1\/2 pkg steamed noodles<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">sesame oil<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">1 1\/2 tbsp oyster sauce<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">1 tbsp soy sauce<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">garlic powder<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Beef:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1\/2 lb flank steak (sliced)<\/li>\n<li>1c green onion (chopped)<\/li>\n<li>1c fresh mushrooms<\/li>\n<li>1\/2c celery (sliced)<\/li>\n<li>1\/2c carrots (sliced)<\/li>\n<li>3 tbsp soy sauce<\/li>\n<li>2 tsp sugar<\/li>\n<li>1 tbsp cooking wine<\/li>\n<li>2 tsp cornstarch<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/div>\n\n<div class=\"shortcode-directions instructions\"><h3>Directions<\/h3>\n<ol class=\"instructions\">\n<li class=\"instruction\">Boil water in a large saucepan with salt added. Add 1\/2 pkg of noodles and boil for 1 minute.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Drain and rinse noodles with cold water.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Heat oil in a wok on medium high<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Stir fry noodles for 1 minute, then add oyster sauce, soy sauce, and garlic. Toss ingredients together, then remove to a warm bowl. Keep warm while preparing the beef.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Stir-fry veggies for 1-2 minutes in wok. Remove.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Stir-fry beef for 2 minutes and then add remaining ingredients. Stir-fry briefly, then add veggies.
