{"id":414,"date":"2016-11-17T12:47:27","date_gmt":"2016-11-17T19:47:27","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/olivereats.ca\/?p=414"},"modified":"2016-11-17T12:47:48","modified_gmt":"2016-11-17T19:47:48","slug":"pams-potatoes","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/olivereats.ca\/index.php\/2016\/11\/17\/pams-potatoes\/","title":{"rendered":"Pam&#8217;s Potatoes"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Don&#8217;t worry, Pam will share.<\/p>\n<div class=\"shortcode-ingredients\"><h3>Ingredients<\/h3><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">1 medium potato per person (large is okay too, no judgment here)<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">Corn oil<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">Pepper medley (contains onion powder, garlic powder, pepper&#8230; you get it)<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">Course ground salt<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">Cracker crumbs (approx. 6)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/div>\n\n<div class=\"shortcode-directions instructions\"><h3>Directions<\/h3>\n<ol class=\"instructions\">\n<li class=\"instruction\">Preheat Oven to 425F<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Slice potatoes in large shoe strings (about 1\/2 an inch). Put into a large bowl.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Add small amount of oil, just enough to coat the potatoes lightly.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Add pepper medley and salt and mix thoroughly.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Add cracker crumbs just before putting into the oven.
