Sesame Soy Sauce"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Fine Cooking, the rub and sauce will serve 2 flank steaks.<\/p>\n<div class=\"shortcode-ingredients\"><h3>Ingredients<\/h3><\/p>\n<p>1 1\/2 lb Flank steak<\/p>\n<p>Rub:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">2 tablespoons ground coriander<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">4 teaspoons Five-spice powder<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">3\/4 teaspoon ground fennel seeds<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">1\/2 teaspoon ground ginger<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">2 1\/4 teaspoon hot chilli powder<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">1\/2 teaspoon ground black pepper<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">1 tablespoon brown sugar<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">2 tablespoons kosher salt<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>1 tablespoon brown sugar<\/p>\n<p>Sauce:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">1\/3 cup seasame oil<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">1 tablespoon minced fresh ginger<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">1 tablespoon minced garlic<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">1\/3 cup orange juice<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">1\/4 teaspoon five-spice powder<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">1\/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">1\/4 teaspoon ground fennel seeds<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">2 tablespoons soy sauce<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">1 tablespoon sugar<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/div>\n\n<div class=\"shortcode-directions instructions\"><h3>Directions<\/h3>\n<ol class=\"instructions\">\n<li class=\"instruction\">Rub: \u00a0in a mortar, blend all the spices\/sugar\/salt together. \u00a0Rub will last a couple of months in a air-tight container.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Sauce: \u00a0in a small bowl, whisk all ingredients together. \u00a0Sauce will keep for 3 or 4 days in the refrigerator.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Just before lighting the fire, rub the steak with rub &#8211; about 1 tablespoon per side.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Heat grill to high and just before placing on grill, drizzle both sides of the flank steak with the oil.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Grill steak for about 8 minutes, flipping it a couple of times during cooking. \u00a0It should be rare to medium rare &#8211;
