class=\"ingredient\">1\/3 cup fine bread crumbs<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">1 cup finely chopped onion<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">1 teaspoon minced garlic<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">3\/4 teaspoon salt<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">1\/2 teaspoon pepper<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">1 1\/2 lb lean ground beef<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Spicy Black Bean Sauce<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">1\/2 cup orange juice<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">1\/2 cup water<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">1\/4 cup brown sugar<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">1\/4 cup rice vinegar<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">2 tablespoons black bean sauce<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">2 tablespoons soy sauce<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">1 tablespoon cornstarch<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">2 teaspoons minced gingeroot<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">1\/2 teaspoon chili paste or hot pepper sauce<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">2 tablespoons green onion, chopped<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/div>\n\n<div class=\"shortcode-directions instructions\"><h3>Directions<\/h3>\n<ol class=\"instructions\">\n<li class=\"instruction\">Preheat Oven to 400.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">In bowl, beat egg with water, stir in bread crumbs, onions, garlic, salt and pepper. \u00a0Mix in beef. \u00a0Form by tablespoon into balls.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Arrange on greased rimmed baking sheets on racks (line with foil or spray for easier cleaning). \u00a0Bake for 15 minutes or until brown. \u00a0Drain on paper towels.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">For sauce, in very large pot, combine all ingredients and cook over medium heat, stirring for about 3 minutes or until thicken.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Add meatballs,
