class=\"ingredient\">7 tbsp butter<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">1 medium onion, diced<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">1 bay leaf<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">1 tsp fresh thyme<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">1 tsp fresh marjoram<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">1 1\/2 cups arborio rice<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">1\/2 cup white wine<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">4 1\/2 cup chicken broth or beef broth<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">1\/2 lb crimini mushrooms<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">1\/2 lb portobello muchroom<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">1\/2 lb white or brown mushrooms<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">1 cup gorgonzola cheese<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">1 cup balsamic vinegar<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">4 tbsp honey<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/div>\n\n<div class=\"shortcode-directions instructions\"><h3>Directions<\/h3>\n<ol class=\"instructions\">\n<li class=\"instruction\">In a large sauce pan over medium-high heat, melt 2 tbsp butter<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Cook onions and seasonings until onions are translucent, 5 minutes<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Add rice and\u00a0saut\u00e9, 2 minutes<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Add the wine and cook another 1-2 minutes to evaporate some of the alcohol<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Scrape the mixture into slow-cooker<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Add the broth<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">In the<i>\u00a0saut\u00e9 pan, add the rest of the butter to melt<\/i><\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Add the mushrooms and\u00a0<i>saut\u00e9 for 8-10 minutes until they brown a bit<\/i><\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Add mushroom mixture to slow cooker and stir to combine<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Set slow-cooker on high heat for 2 hours<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Check periodically to ensure broth does not totally evaporate<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">If need be, add more broth<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>BALSAMIC DRIZZLE:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>To make the balsamic drizzle, place vinegar and honey in a saucepan and bring to boil<\/li>\n<li>Reduce heat and simmer until mixture has reduced to a syrup consistency, approximately 10 minutes<\/li>\n<li>Remove from heat and cool<\/li>\n<li>When risotto is done, stir in the gorgonzola cheese and melt<\/li>\n<li>Season with salt and pepper<\/li>\n<li>The risotto will
