You may substitute chopped spinach for the broccoli if you wish.<\/p>\n<div class=\"shortcode-ingredients\"><h3>Ingredients<\/h3><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">2 cups milk<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">4 eggs<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">3\/4 cups of biscuit baking mix<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">1\/4 cup of butter, softened<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">1 cup grated Parmesan cheese<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">1 (10 oz) package of chopped frozen broccoli, thawed and drained<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">1 cup cubed cooked ham (or substitute 1\/2 lbs of bacon)<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">8 ounces shredded Cheddar cheese<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/div>\n\n<div class=\"shortcode-directions instructions\"><h3>Directions<\/h3><\/p>\n<ol class=\"instructions\">\n<li class=\"instruction\">Preheat Oven to 375<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Lightly grease a 10 inch quiche dish<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">IN a large bowl, beat together milk, eggs, baking mix, butter, and Parmesan cheese. Batter will lumpy.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Stir in broccoli, ham and cheddar cheese.
