Serves 6.<\/p>\n<div class=\"shortcode-ingredients\"><h3>Ingredients<\/h3><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>4 c cauliflower florets (one large head)<\/li>\n<li>1 tbsp milk<\/li>\n<li>1 can of cream of chicken soup<\/li>\n<li>1\/4 c mayonaise<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 c cheddar cheese, grated<\/li>\n<li>1 tsp or more of curry powder<\/li>\n<li>2 tbsp butter, melted<\/li>\n<li>1 c cracker crumbs<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/div>\n\n<div class=\"shortcode-directions instructions\"><h3>Directions<\/h3><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Heat oven to 350F<\/li>\n<li>Pour boiling water over cauliflower and let sit 1 minutes.\u00a0 Drain.<\/li>\n<li>Put cauliflower in casserole dish.<\/li>\n<li>Combine milk, soup, mayonnaise, cheese and curry powder.\u00a0 Pour over cauliflower.<\/li>\n<li>Mix melted butter with cracker crumbs and sprinkle over top.<\/li>\n<li>Bake for 30 minutes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/div>\n\n<p>Thanks to Best of Bridge cookbooks.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Can be made ahead and frozen.
