{"id":755,"date":"2018-12-08T14:06:38","date_gmt":"2018-12-08T21:06:38","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/olivereats.ca\/?p=755"},"modified":"2018-12-08T14:06:39","modified_gmt":"2018-12-08T21:06:39","slug":"butterscotch-confetti","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/olivereats.ca\/index.php\/2018\/12\/08\/butterscotch-confetti\/","title":{"rendered":"Butterscotch Confetti"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>One of Stuart&#8217;s favourites.<\/p>\n<div class=\"shortcode-ingredients\"><h3>Ingredients<\/h3><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1\/4 c butter, melted in a saucepan<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 c smooth peanut butter<\/li>\n<li>1 pkg butterscotch chips, 300 g<\/li>\n<li>1 small bag mini marshmallows, various colors<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/div>\n\n<div class=\"shortcode-directions instructions\"><h3>Directions<\/h3><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Add butterscotch chips to melted butter in saucepan and stir on very low heat until melted.<\/li>\n<li>Cool saucepan until you can hold your hand on bottom of pot.\u00a0 Do not let cool completely.<\/li>\n<li>Stir in marshmallows until well coated.<\/li>\n<li>Press mixture into 9&#8243; x 9&#8243; pan lined with parchment paper or wax paper<\/li>\n<li>Refridgerate and then cut into squares.\u00a0 Freezes well.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/div>\n\n<p>Thanks to Company&#8217;s Coming Squares cookbook.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>One of Stuart&#8217;s favourites.
