{"id":770,"date":"2018-12-15T11:24:31","date_gmt":"2018-12-15T18:24:31","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/olivereats.ca\/?p=770"},"modified":"2018-12-15T11:24:33","modified_gmt":"2018-12-15T18:24:33","slug":"frozen-yogurt-pops","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/olivereats.ca\/index.php\/2018\/12\/15\/frozen-yogurt-pops\/","title":{"rendered":"Frozen Yogurt Pops"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>A great low sugar alternative for those summer days!<\/p>\n<div class=\"shortcode-ingredients\"><h3>Ingredients<\/h3><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>2 small ripe bananas, peeled and sliced<\/li>\n<li>6 ounces frozen strawberries or 1 cup frozen blueberries<\/li>\n<li>2 cups non-fat, plain yogurt<\/li>\n<li>2 tablespoons honey (optional)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/div>\n\n<div class=\"shortcode-directions instructions\"><h3>Directions<\/h3><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Place all ingredients in a food processor or blender. Blend until smooth.<\/li>\n<li>Divide mixture into popsicle molds.<\/li>\n<li>Place in the freezer for 10 minutes, then gently poke and popsicle stick into the centre of each one.
