{"id":792,"date":"2018-12-15T13:07:04","date_gmt":"2018-12-15T20:07:04","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/olivereats.ca\/?p=792"},"modified":"2018-12-15T13:07:05","modified_gmt":"2018-12-15T20:07:05","slug":"homemade-chicken-noodle-soup","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/olivereats.ca\/index.php\/2018\/12\/15\/homemade-chicken-noodle-soup\/","title":{"rendered":"Homemade Chicken Noodle Soup"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>A great recipe for a cold day or when you&#8217;re feeling low!<\/p>\n<div class=\"shortcode-ingredients\"><h3>Ingredients<\/h3><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>3 cups chicken, shredded or cubed<\/li>\n<li>2 cups egg noodles<\/li>\n<li>Olive oil<\/li>\n<li>4 carrots, peeled and diced<\/li>\n<li>2 celery stalks, diced<\/li>\n<li>1 small onion, diced<\/li>\n<li>4 cups chicken broth<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 tsp dried oregano<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 tsp dried thyme leaves<\/li>\n<li>2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped<\/li>\n<li>1 tsp fresh garlic, minced<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/div>\n\n<div class=\"shortcode-directions instructions\"><h3>Directions<\/h3><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>In a large pot, saute carrots, celery, and onion in olive oil until tender.<\/li>\n<li>Bring a pot of water to a boil and cook noodles.<\/li>\n<li>Add in all remaining ingredients into large pot. Bring to a boil and let simmer for 20 minutes.<\/li>\n<li>Add in cooked noodles and stir to combine.
