Ingredients
- 3/4 c smooth peanut butter
- 1/4 – 1/3 c honey
- 1 tsp vanilla
- pinch of salt
- 3 c rolled oates
- OPTIONAL ADD INS:
- 1/2 pkg chocolate chips
- 1/4 c raisins
- 1/4 c pumpkin seeds or nuts of your choice
Directions
- Put the peanut butter in a large bowl and microwave for 10-15 seconds so that the peanut butter gets a little bit runny.
- Mix in the honey and chocolate chips if you are using them until mixture is well combined
- Add in the rest of the ingredients and mix well
- Pour into a parchment paper lined 8×8 pan
- Put in the fridge for an hour to firm up. Cut into sizes of your choosing.
