- 1 wheel or brie cheese
- 3-4 cloves of garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp finely chopped sin dried tomatoes in oil
- Unwrap Brie cheese wheel and place on heat proof plate.
- Top with remaining ingredients.
- Heat until cheese is soft and bubbly (1-2 minutes in the microwave)
- Serve with assorted crackers.
