A tangy mix spread generously across a french baguette!


  • 2 large garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • Fresh basil, chopped
  • 1-2 Shallots, finely chopped or yellow onion
  • 6-8 roma tomatoes, coarsely chopped
  • 1 baguette
  • Salt and Pepper to taste


  1. Slice baguette and brush or spray olive oil and broil until golden. (about 1 minute)
  2. Mix all the remaining ingredients together.
  3. Serve with baguette slices
