A tangy mix spread generously across a french baguette!
- 2 large garlic cloves, minced
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- Fresh basil, chopped
- 1-2 Shallots, finely chopped or yellow onion
- 6-8 roma tomatoes, coarsely chopped
- 1 baguette
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- Slice baguette and brush or spray olive oil and broil until golden. (about 1 minute)
- Mix all the remaining ingredients together.
- Serve with baguette slices
