Caesar Salad Dressing

A mildly spicy Caesar Salad Dressing

Ingredients

  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 egg white, slightly beaten
  • Romaine greens
  • 3 drops Tabasco sauce
  • 4 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 3/4 tsp Anchovy paste
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp sherry
  • Parmesan Cheese
  • Pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Beat all ingredients together and pour over salad.
  2. Top with cracked pepper and fresh Parmesan cheese.
  3. Serve immediately.
  4. Dressing can be stored in fridge for up to 2 days.
