A mildly spicy Caesar Salad Dressing
Ingredients
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 egg white, slightly beaten
- Romaine greens
- 3 drops Tabasco sauce
- 4 tbsp red wine vinegar
- 3/4 tsp Anchovy paste
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp sherry
- Parmesan Cheese
- Pepper to taste
Directions
- Beat all ingredients together and pour over salad.
- Top with cracked pepper and fresh Parmesan cheese.
- Serve immediately.
- Dressing can be stored in fridge for up to 2 days.
