- 4 slices of slightly dried out bread, regular or french
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp of cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp of sugar
- 1/4 – 1/2 cup of milk
- Heat frying pan.
- Meanwhile slightly beat the eggs, cinnamon, sugar and milk in a large bowl.
- When the pan is hot, add a small amount of butter to melt.
- Dip the bread in the egg mixture and cook a couple of minutes on each side until brown and done.
- Serve with corn syrup.
