French Toast


  • 4 slices of slightly dried out bread, regular or french
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp of cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp of sugar
  • 1/4 – 1/2 cup of milk


  1. Heat frying pan.
  2. Meanwhile slightly beat the eggs, cinnamon, sugar and milk in a large bowl.
  3. When the pan is hot, add a small amount of butter to melt.
  4. Dip the bread in the egg mixture and cook a couple of minutes on each side until brown and done.
  5. Serve with corn syrup.
