(2-3 minutes on broil)
- 1 lb fresh mushrooms
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1 tbsp green onion, chopped
- Carefully remove stems of mushrooms.
- Chop stems and put in a small bowl.
- Add remaining ingredients to stems.
- Fill mushrooms caps and place on cookie sheet.
- Broil 2-3 minutes or until top of filling is slightly crusty. Serve hot.
