Stuffed Mushrooms

(2-3 minutes on broil)


  • 1 lb fresh mushrooms
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1 tbsp green onion, chopped


  1. Carefully remove stems of mushrooms.
  2. Chop stems and put in a small bowl.
  3. Add remaining ingredients to stems.
  4. Fill mushrooms caps and place on cookie sheet.
  5. Broil 2-3 minutes or until top of filling is slightly crusty.  Serve hot.
