Shrimp Pate


  • ½ lb cooked shrimp
  • 1 tsp white wine or milk
  • 4 oz cream cheese
  • 1 tsp finely chopped shallots
  • 2 tbsp soft butter
  • Salt and white pepper


  1. Combine all ingredients in blender or food processor.
  2. Whirl until fairly smooth.  Pack into a small serving dish.
  3. Cover and refrigerate until cold and ready to serve.
  4. Serve with assorted crackers.
