- ½ lb cooked shrimp
- 1 tsp white wine or milk
- 4 oz cream cheese
- 1 tsp finely chopped shallots
- 2 tbsp soft butter
- Salt and white pepper
- Combine all ingredients in blender or food processor.
- Whirl until fairly smooth. Pack into a small serving dish.
- Cover and refrigerate until cold and ready to serve.
- Serve with assorted crackers.
