Pumpkin Pie

(60 minutes at 425F)

Makes 2 Pies

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cup sugar
  • 3 1/2 cup pumpkin pie filling
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 1/3 cup evaporated milk
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp ginger
  • 1/2 tsp cloves
  • 4 eggs slightly beaten

Directions

  1. Preheat Oven to 425F
  2. Combine all ingredients and pour into pastry lined pie dishes.
  3. Bake at 425F for 15 min and then reduce heat to 350 F for 45 min.
  4. Knife inserted in middle should come out almost clean.
  5. Cool to room temperature.
  6. Serve with whipped cream.
