Makes 2 Pies
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cup sugar
- 3 1/2 cup pumpkin pie filling
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 1/3 cup evaporated milk
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp ginger
- 1/2 tsp cloves
- 4 eggs slightly beaten
Directions
- Preheat Oven to 425F
- Combine all ingredients and pour into pastry lined pie dishes.
- Bake at 425F for 15 min and then reduce heat to 350 F for 45 min.
- Knife inserted in middle should come out almost clean.
- Cool to room temperature.
- Serve with whipped cream.
