Ingredients
- 1 1/3 cup cooked rice
- 1/8 tsp cinnamon
- 1 egg yolk, slightly beaten
- 1/8 tsp nutmeg
- 1 1/4 c milk
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup raisins, rinsed
Directions
- Mix ingredients well and bring to boil stirring constantly.
- Cover and remove from heat.
- Let stand 1 hr.
- Stir just before serving.
