Rice Pudding

Ingredients

  • 1 1/3 cup cooked rice
  • 1/8 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 egg yolk, slightly beaten
  • 1/8 tsp nutmeg
  • 1 1/4 c milk
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1/3 cup raisins, rinsed

Directions

  1. Mix ingredients well and bring to boil stirring constantly.
  2. Cover and remove from heat.
  3. Let stand 1 hr.
  4. Stir just before serving.
