Emerald Mushrooms

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs mushrooms, sliced
  • Butter to sauté
  • Garlic minced
  • Beef or chicken broth
  • Red wine

Directions

  1. In a large frying pan sauté mushrooms in butter
  2. When mushrooms are well browned, add 1/2 cup broth and sauté until broth is absorbed
  3. Add 1/2 cup red wine and sauté until wine is absorbed
  4. Add 1/2 cup broth and sauté until broth is absorbed
  5. Add 1/2 cup red wine and sauté until wine is absorbed
