Ingredients
- 2 lbs mushrooms, sliced
- Butter to sauté
- Garlic minced
- Beef or chicken broth
- Red wine
Directions
- In a large frying pan sauté mushrooms in butter
- When mushrooms are well browned, add 1/2 cup broth and sauté until broth is absorbed
- Add 1/2 cup red wine and sauté until wine is absorbed
- Add 1/2 cup broth and sauté until broth is absorbed
- Add 1/2 cup red wine and sauté until wine is absorbed
