Fresh Fruit Relish

May be made ahead of time and refrigerated.


  • 1 mango peeled, diced fine
  • 3 peaches peeled, diced fine
  • 1 jalapeño, seeds removed, diced fine
  • 1 sweet white onion, diced fine
  • 1 red pepper, diced fine
  • 3 green onions, diced fine
  • 3 limes, juiced
  • Pinch of salt


  1. Mix together and serve as a side dish with meats.
