May be made ahead of time and refrigerated.
- 2 large pomegranates, seeded
- 1 sweet white onion, diced fine
- 1 green jalapeño pepper, diced fine
- Juice of lemon
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1/4 tsp salt
- Mix together and serve as a side dish with meat.
