Spicy Pomegranate Relish

May be made ahead of time and refrigerated.


  • 2 large pomegranates, seeded
  • 1 sweet white onion, diced fine
  • 1 green jalapeño pepper, diced fine
  • Juice of lemon
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1/4 tsp salt


  1. Mix together and serve as a side dish with meat.
