Cajun Seasoning

This is a great spice blend to have on-hand to put on almost anything!


  • 5 tbsp paprika
  • 4 tbsp seasoning salt
  • 3 tbsp cayenne pepper
  • 2 tbsp onion powder
  • 2 tbsp garlic powder
  • 2 tbsp dried oregano
  • 2 tbsp dried basil
  • 2 tbsp ground black pepper
  • 1 tbsp dried thyme


  • Put all ingredients in a medium or large mason jar and shake together until fully blended. Will keep for months.
  • It’s great on eggs, chicken, fish, pork… anything really. If you want it less spicy, add less cayenne pepper, but it’s more on the salty side than the spicy side. Enjoy!
