This simple sauce takes roasted vegetables up a notch!
- 1 tsp of Tumeric, fresh is best, peeled
- 3 tsp of ginger, fresh is best, peeled
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1tbsp Tamari ( a wheat free soy sauce)
- 1 lime, juiced
- 1/3 c cashews
- 1/2 c coconut milk, shaken
- Put all ingredients into blender and blend until smooth
- Pour over roasted veggies, especially yams, cauliflower, asparagus, peppers etc.
