Ingredients
- 1/2 cup onion, chopped
- 1 can cream of mushroom, or cream of chicken, or cheddar cheese soup
- 2/3 cup light cream or milk
- 1/3 cup or more of grated cheddar cheese
- 2 chicken breasts, cooked and shredded (can sub turkey or tuna)
- 1 tbsp minced parsley
- 6oz broad noodles, cooked and drained
Directions
- Heat oven to 375F
- In a large saucepan, fry the onion in a small amount of oil until tender.
- Add soup, milk, and cheese and stir until melted together.
- Add the cooked and shredded chicken and mix until the chicken is fully coated with the sauce.
- Pour into a greased casserole dish and sprinkle with additional cheese. Bake for 30 minutes. Top with fresh parsley and serve hot!
