Szechuan Shrimp

Fancy appie OR add to a pasta / rice dish

Ingredients

  • 1 lb large raw shrimp, peeled
  • 1/4 c green onion
  • 2 tbsp minced fresh ginger
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tbsp sherry
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp ketchup
  • 2 tbsp chili sauce
  • 1 tsp hot red pepper flakes

Directions

  • Mix all ingredients and put in large zip lock.  Marinate shrimp for 3-4 hours.
  • You can pan fry them or skewer them and cook them on the BBQ
  • Enjoy
