Ingredients
- 9×13 pan, greased & floured
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup flour
- 2 cup grated raw carrot
- 1 cup oil (less)
- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- 1 1/2 cup grated apple
- 4 eggs
- 1 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1 cup raisins, plumped
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup walnuts
- 2 tsp cinnamon
Directions
- Blend together sugar, oil and eggs. Beat until slightly thick.
- Add dry ingredients and blend until smooth.
- Add remaining ingredients and mix.
- Turn into pan and bake.
