A crowd pleaser at any family gathering for sure! Can’t get the kids to eat there vegetables? Simply smother in butter, brown sugar, and mustard.
- Sliced carrots, approx 4 cups
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp prepared mustard
- Dash of horseradish
- Dash of pepper medley
- Cook carrots is salted water until just soft.
- Mix sauce ingredients together and heat gently.
- Pour over drained carrots.
