Mustard Carrots

A crowd pleaser at any family gathering for sure! Can’t get the kids to eat there vegetables? Simply smother in butter, brown sugar, and mustard.


  • Sliced carrots, approx 4 cups


  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp prepared mustard
  • Dash of horseradish
  • Dash of pepper medley


  1. Cook carrots is salted water until just soft.
  2. Mix sauce ingredients together and heat gently.
  3. Pour over drained carrots.
  4. Serve
