Cherry Creme Parfaits

Makes 8 Servings

Ingredients

  • 1 c. whipping cream
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 2 tbsp. sugar
  • 1 can cherry pie filling
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • Dash of salt

Directions

  1. Whip cream with sugar, vanilla and salt.
  2. Fold in sour cream.
  3. Alternate layers of cream and cherry filling in tall glasses beginning with filling and ending with filling.
  4. Chill.
