Chicken Casserole

(1 hour at 300F)



  • Chicken breasts, boneless, skinless
  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • Mushrooms, sliced
  • ½ c white wine
  • 1 tsp salt and pepper
  • ¼ tsp poultry seasoning
  • Parsley


  • Bread crumbs mixed in drippings from pan


  1. Preheat Oven to 300F
  2. Brown chicken.
  3. Place in greased casserole.
  4. Mix together remaining ingredients and pour over top.
  5. Top with bread crumbs and bake uncovered.
