(1 hour at 300F)
- Chicken breasts, boneless, skinless
- 1 can mushroom soup
- Mushrooms, sliced
- ½ c white wine
- 1 tsp salt and pepper
- ¼ tsp poultry seasoning
- Bread crumbs mixed in drippings from pan
- Preheat Oven to 300F
- Brown chicken.
- Place in greased casserole.
- Mix together remaining ingredients and pour over top.
- Top with bread crumbs and bake uncovered.
