Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter, soft
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 cup flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
Topping
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
- 1 tsp cinnamon
Directions
- Preheat Oven to 325
- Cream butter, sugar, egg, vanilla, and sour cream. Beat until well mixed.
- Sift together dry ingredients and add to cream mixture. Stir till mixed.
- Put 1/2 of batter into pan (in lumps).
- Sprinkle 1/2 of the toppings on it.
- Put remainder of batter and top with topping putting batter to fill the holes from the 1st layer.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes
