- 1 cup pancake mix
- 1/2 cup quick rolled oats
- 1/4 cup raisins
- 1/4 cup almonds
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1 cup milk
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp canola oil
- Put dry ingredients in a mixing bowl.
- Add egg, milk and canola oil. Mix well.
- Pour batter into a frying pan and cook on both sides a couple of minutes.
- Serve with favourite toppings.
