Ingredients
- 1 pkg lemon jello
- 1 1/4 cup hot water
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 9 oz crushed pineapple
- 1 cup shredded carrot
Directions
- Dissolve jello in hot water
- Add vinegar and salt
- Chill until syrupy
- Add crushed pineapple and carrot
- Stir till well mixed
- Chill for several hours
