Sunshine Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg lemon jello
  • 1 1/4 cup hot water
  • 1 tbsp vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 9 oz crushed pineapple
  • 1 cup shredded carrot

Directions

  1. Dissolve jello in hot water
  2. Add vinegar and salt
  3. Chill until syrupy
  4. Add crushed pineapple and carrot
  5. Stir till well mixed
  6. Chill for several hours
