A great Indian dish!
Ingredients
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 tsp cumin, ground
- 1 tsp garlic, minced or diced
- 1 tsp ginger, minced or diced
- 2 medium potatoes, cubed
- 1/2 tsp tumeric, ground
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp garam masala
- salt to taste
- 1 lb cauliflower florets
- plain yogurt optional
Directions
- Heat deep frying pan on medium with oil
- Add cumin, garlic, and ginger. Cook for 1 min.
- Add potatoes and remaining seasonings.
- Cook for 5-7 min. on medium heat.
- Add cauliflower.
- Cook for 10 min on low heat or until potatoes and cauliflower are tender.
- Stir in plain yogurt to make a sauce if you wish.
- Serve.
