A slightly different twist on regular ceasar dressing.
- 1 tsp anchovie paste
- 1 garlic clove (or more)
- 2 tsp tahini paste (or less)
- juice of 1/2 lemon
- 1 tbsp red wine vinegar (or more)
- 1 tsp dijon mustard
- 1/3 c olive oil
- salt / pepper to taste
- Whisk all ingredients together and leave at room temperature.
- Add a light amount of dressing to toss with romaine lettuce, toasted nuts (pecans or walnuts are great), dried cranberries, grated parmessan cheese.
