Creamy Onion Chicken

(1 1/2 hour at 375F)


  • 1 greased casserole dish
  • 2 lb chicken pieces (I like boneless, skinless thighs best)
  • 10 oz can of cream of chicken soup
  • Pkg onion soup mix, dry
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 2 tsp dill


  1. Preheat Oven to 375F
  2. In a greased casserole dish, arrange the chicken in one layer.
  3. Mix remaining ingredients and pour over chicken covering well.
  4. Bake for 1 hr covered and 1/2 hr uncovered.
  5. Serve with rice to absorb the delicious sauce.
